Cirteq Ltd. now a proud Member of the Titgemeyer Group

In August of 2019 the Titgemeyer Group of Companies based in Osnabrück Germany announced that it had successfully acquired Cirteq Ltd in the UK.

This now means that we have a dual presence within the “Made In Group” with Titgemeyer UK Ltd a member of Made in Midlands and Cirteq Ltd a member of Made in Yorkshire.

As part of this highly successful group which currently operates throughout Europe, there will be new opportunities for business growth benefitting our global automotive & commercial vehicle customers together with all our general global industrial base customers. The products within the Titgemeyer Group ideally complement and expand Cirteq’s existing product range.

The Titgemeyer Group is an owner-managed family business from Osnabrück in Germany. It was founded in 1901. Currently with more than 800 employees at 16 different locations in Europe, the group manufactures and sells its own products, produced in-house in its now seven plants. The group also trades in high levels of outsourced industrial products from the world's leading brands.

It speaks volumes that a German Company is investing in the UK during the current Brexit uncertainties and goes against everything written in the media as well as highlighting the potential still waiting to be unlocked at Cirteq Ltd.

With the acquisition our new Managing Director Paul Watkins-Burke also joined Cirteq Ltd in August 2019, bringing both a wealth of experience in the manufacturing sector as well as the Titgemeyer know-how into the Business as he is the MD for all the UK manufacturing sites for the Titgemeyer group. These include Baker & Finnemore Ltd Precision pressings based in Birmingham and Baker & Finnemore Ltd Cold Forging based in Tipton and now also Cirteq Ltd in Glusburn, West Yorkshire. Paul joined Baker & Finnemore Ltd in 2008 has supported and steered the company through many changes and has experience within change and this as a process. The result has been a steady and continuous growth of companies within their respective market sectors.
